Started From One

  • _We use stories to design a conversation on historical identity. A Started From One Story is a collection of stories designed to help one dive deeper into one's true identity. We start with “Fore-word to yesterday’s tomorrow.” FTYT acts as the foreword to our story. We then use different mediums, providing adopters with various avenues to experience & interpret our stories.

  • _We use our written design words as the foundation for everything we do creatively. Written design sets the tone for each medium after that.

  • _Visual design communicates the iconographies, identifiers, and elements used to tell our stories.

  • _Our product design gives the written and visual stories we tell a real-world identity. Each product identity provides a tangible means for our stories to exist & be felt, experienced, and expounded upon by our adopters.

  • _We use sound to help adopters connect with the frequency identity of our stories. Sound is a great way to teleport adopters to any verse sonically. Further enveloping them in the world of A Started From One Story.

  • _Space gives home to our world. Space allows us to bring all of our mediums and elements into close proximity, creating a synergy that allows us to teleport adopters into the world our stories live in.

Production Time

Each product page estimates production time. However, this is only an estimate, and manufacturing delays may occur, causing longer production times.

Return Policy

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it in exchange for a replacement or store credit minus any shipping or custom fee cost we have incurred. ANY item that is returned must be unused.

In the unlikely event of a fault in an item, the customer may send it back for a repair or refund. We will bear the cost of shipping.

Shipping

We are unable to refund or replace any packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

International Customs & Duties

Started From One is based in the USA. Expect to cover customs fees for international orders.
